I am an ICF Certified (International Coaching Federation) Life Coach in the Netherlands for professionals, leaders and expats, navigating life, work and identity. Whether you’re rethinking your career, adjusting to a new culture, or looking for clarity and balance, my coaching approach is tailored to you. At Grow Nova, you will find a safe and supportive space to explore, reflect and learn.
During our coaching sessions, we will have the flexibility to draw from a range of Leadership and Life Coaching approaches to suit your preferences (including Mindset, Somatic, NLP Coaching). Most often my clients focus on building confidence, gaining clarity or finding a new sense of balance. Or sometimes, they are just looking to reconnect with themselves after relocating to the Netherlands.
>90% of my coaching takes place online, and depending on your needs and location from Den Haag, we could either agree a face-to-face or hybrid approach customised to your needs.
