I have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Strategy and Innovation, working in the Financial Industry. My education includes various degrees across Humanities, as well as two Coaching Diplomas (and the next one loading). Before I stepped out of the Corporate world, I lead the People Strategy function of one of the largest banks in South Africa. In 2024, I founded Grow Nova, my Coaching and Consulting business in Den Haag (The Hague), the Netherlands.

Grow Nova is where my strengths meet my passion for helping people and businesses grow. It is where I get to make a meaningful impact.

Experience – Coaching in practice, and 20+ years of Human Resources, Strategy, Innovation in an International Corporate environment, including experience as a HR Executive.
