How do I start or schedule Online Coaching sessions?
Simply fill out the form above. You’ll receive a confirmation within 1 working day, following which we agree a suitable time for our introduction session over email. Thereafter, we agree a natural rhythm for our future sessions.
What can I expect from an Online Coaching session?
Each session is focused, practical and tailored to the outcome you are looking for. In addition to the use of powerful questions, we have a range of methodologies to support you to find fresh insights. Have a look at some of the potential themes on my Services page here. How do I know if Coaching or Therapy is right for me?
If you are looking to discover more about yourself, where you are going and what is truly in your way, coaching can be a powerful support to move forward. Therapy is a good place to start if you are experiencing psychosocial/ psychological/ mental health challenges, or if you are looking to make sense from painful past experiences. Does Grow Nova do in-person Coaching as well?
The short answer is yes. Although most of my coaching is done remotely, from Den Haag, I do in-person coaching on request, with access to a variety of professional coaching venues across the Netherlands. Let’s discuss what is possible.
How affordable is Leadership or Life Coaching sessions?
The cost of coaching can vary quite a lot in the Netherlands, so you will probably find conflicting answers to this question. The Certification of a Coach, generally also impacts the fee. At Grow Nova, your investment for a 50 – 60 minute Online Coaching session with an ICF Certified Coach, is €75. Note that an in-person session (if preferred) will carry an additional logistics fee.
How do I find out more about your training and competence as a Coach?
In addition to an International HR and Strategy career, I am trained in mindset coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Somatic Coaching. I am also a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which means that I subscribe to their Code of Ethics and confidentiality.
